Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Recoverly.
Free trial
Recoverly includes a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without paying anything.
Billing
- Paid plans (Starter and Growth) are billed in advance through Stripe — monthly, or annually if you choose annual billing.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- Because you can cancel at any time and the trial lets you evaluate the Service before paying, we generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods already paid.
- If you were charged in error, or where a refund is required by applicable law, contact us and we will make it right.
Disconnecting Stripe
Disconnecting your Stripe account stops Recoverly from accessing it and halts further retries and reminder emails. Disconnecting does not by itself cancel your Recoverly subscription — cancel from the billing page as described above.
